blev C.J. Wettergren ensam ägare till anläggningen. Dåtidens krukkärls och kakelungstillverkning fyllde socknens behov, medan teglet bland annat exporterades till såväl Falun likt Öster samt Västerdalarna.
existerar det dags för nästa ägarbyte. idag säljs tegelbruket till ägaren av Säters Lergodsfabrik O. Wallström samt under hans ledning går tegelbruket ett blomstrande period till mötes. Han bygger dessutom en sågverk inom Korsnäs, Backa Ångsåg, liksom också införlivas i företaget. när försäljningen av tegel, kakelugnar samt lergods går som bäst, drabbas fabriken av ett brand samt hela keramikverkstaden förstörs. detta råder därefter viss osäkerhet om tillverkningen skall återupptas. Redan kalenderår står den nya keramikverkstaden klar.
